Frequently Asked Questions

How do I sell this to my CEO without it sounding like I can’t do the job?

This isn’t about capability - it’s about capacity and leverage.

Marketing Resets are designed to support CMOs and Brand Leaders at moments when the scope of the role has expanded faster than the system around it. Bringing in senior, short-term support signals good judgment, not weakness.

Most executives position this as:

  • A way to accelerate progress without adding headcount

  • A time-bound reset to stabilize execution and decision flow

  • Extra senior bandwidth during a high-pressure moment - not a replacement for leadership

Are you just another consultant with a deck?

Absolutely not.

This is hands-on, senior-level support focused on execution and outcomes - not slideware.
Less deck-building. More doing.

Does this replace me or my team?

Not at all.

Marketing Resets are built to strengthen existing leadership and teams, not replace them. I work alongside CMOs/Brand Leaders to stabilize the system, improve execution, and leave teams with clearer ways of working.

If gaps exist, they’re addressed pragmatically - but the goal is always to leave the team stronger and more self-sufficient.

When should I bring you in?

When you’re facing any (or all) of the following:

  • A need to refresh your brand image

  • Preparing to launch a new product or service

  • Looking to break into a new market

  • Struggling to stand out in a crowded, competitive landscape

  • Marketing efforts that aren’t delivering the results you want

  • A desire to upskill your marketing team

  • The need to streamline campaign execution

  • Wanting to spark fresh creativity and energy into your team

Whether it’s brand fatigue, unclear messaging, or missed opportunities, I bring the strategic clarity and creative firepower needed to re-energize your marketing and deliver results that matter.

How long does a reset usually last?

Most resets run 8–12 weeks, depending on scope.

The goal is to create momentum quickly, establish better operating rhythms, and step out once the system is working again.

Do you work remote only?

Yes and no. I’m based in Connecticut, so if you're within commuting distance (NYC, etc.), I’m happy to come into the office as needed.

If you're not local, no problem! While in-person intake and team meetings are always ideal - especially at the start - I’m more than willing to travel to get fully immersed in your culture and make in-person visits as needed thereafter.

Are you a one-woman show?

Yes, for now. My goal is to scale in the future, Given my unique experience and approach, it’s crucial that anyone who joins me shares the same strategic mindset and creative vision.

Quality over quantity - always.
